The User shall agree to provide true, accurate and current information about him/her, as prompted by the registration form of The User shall agree to maintain the security of his/her password and identification; maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and fully responsible for all use of account and for any actions that take place using the User account. The User agrees to receive transaction related SMSs from the Site. The User agrees to receive newsletters, information & transaction related Emails from the reserves the right to delete any information and to refuse any and all future use, if it suspects that the information provided by the User is false and inaccurate. While registering, the user will choose a password and is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account. Recharge on your Mobile/DTH/Data Card are realtime transactions.

There will be no refund or exchange permitted. You are responsible for the mobile number, DTH account number and/or Data Card mobile number recharges. is not responsible for any purchase of Recharge for an incorrect mobile number, DTH account number and Data Card mobile number.However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the Site,and money has been charged to your card or bank account but a Recharge has not been delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction for reasons like "invalid recharge denomination", "service provider unavailable"and/or other technical issues, then you may inform us by sending us an email on or posting us a message on the Contact Us page.Please note that as soon as the transaction fails, money automatically gets added into your Wallet . You can either utilize this amount by recharging again or you can get the same refunded back to your bank account.

You can mail to us inquiring about the exact reason for failure and we shall investigate the incident and get back to you.If you have opted to refund the money from your Wallet, money will be refunded within 5-7 business working days as per the bank policies.

    1. Cancellation of tickets can be done either through the User’s login in the  website or mobile application
    2. Any cancellation is subject to such cancellation charges as mentioned on the ticket.
    3. Refunds will be processed as per the airline fare rules and cancellation policy. Such refunds shall be subject to receiving the same from the airlines. However, the convenience fee paid to paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee.
    4. All cancellations made directly with the airline need to be intimated to ibibo, in order to initiate the process of refund. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the mode of payment, bank etc. The refund shall be processed after deducting the service fee which is independent of the convenience fee as mentioned above.
    5. The refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, will make an appropriate charge reversal to the wallet; like-wise if the User used a debit card, will credit the money to the wallet.
    6. In the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets, upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.
